What does ClubPayee do?
ClubPayee helps clubs manage Members and Payers, set Fees, record and collect Payments, issue Refunds, send controlled financial notifications and review clear reports.
Is ClubPayee a registration system?
No. ClubPayee is deliberately focused on the financial side of running a club. It is not a registration, messaging, fundraising or fixtures platform.
Can we take Stripe payments?
Yes. A club can connect its own Stripe account and Payers can complete secure Online Payments. Stripe settles money directly to the club, and Stripe processing fees are separate.
Can we record cash or bank-transfer payments?
Yes. Administrators can record cash, bank transfer and other manual Payments alongside Online Payments.
Can families manage multiple Members?
Yes. One Payer account can bring the balances and Payment history for several family Members together.
Can we import Members from Excel?
Yes. ClubPayee supports CSV and modern Excel .xlsx files, including worksheet selection, column mapping and a review preview before anything is imported.
Are Payment Plans available?
Payment Plans are an optional Advanced Online Payments feature and are off by default. Where enabled, eligible Payers can split their balance into two or three monthly instalments.
Is there a Payer Portal?
Yes. Payers have a separate mobile-friendly Portal where they can see family balances, Payments and Refunds and pay online when Online Payments are connected.
